Use options.article.draggable, article.autoStacking.active, and article.moveToOffset() when users can reposition articles. Select an article before dragging it.
Select an article on the timeline, then drag it to a new position. You can also edit the offset values to apply an offset in code.
When auto stacking is on, layout interactions can stack articles back into rows. When auto stacking is off, dragged and programmed offsets remain where you leave them.
The saved-state output includes the current offsets so the layout can be restored later.
